Refund policy

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges due to our items being custom made. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. All custom orders have a preview that is sent to the customer to APPROVE prior to production of any order. Please pay attention to your email as: no order will be completed without APPROVAL from you. All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
